Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
We have a 30-day return policy. Returns can be requested within 30 days of the date of shipment.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items with embroidery.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit.
